All purchases made on the Glamorous Heights website are returnable for your convenience and exchangeable or refundable with in 30 days of purchase. All returns for a refund or an exchange must be made with a return authorization from glamorous heights with the RA# printed on the outside of the return package. No return will be accepted after 30 days from the day of purchase. No restocking fee is charged for the first exchange for a different size or style. Any return for credit will incur a 25% restocking fee, based on the original full price of the item, before any discounts. No items that have been worn, soiled, or damaged will be accepted for return, refund or exchange. only regular outgoing freight. Failure to follow the terms and conditions of exchange and returns may result in the returned merchandise to not be accepted for credit.
All refunds will be handled as follows:
All  items returned can be exchanged at 100% of the value of the merchandised purchased or refunded less a 25% restocking fee (w/ return authorization) per the full price before any discount of each of the returned items, not including shipping and packaging to the customer or return shipping. Canadian, American, and Irish Bridal Customers that Preregistered at Bridal Shows for Free Personal Consulting Receive a Preferential 15% Restocking Fee. To Qualify for this discounted rate please make certain you have signed up to have your free consulting session with one of our professional shoe fitting consultants. In addition to restocking fees, if your purchase was made on sale or given a special group discount, for example buy one get one half off, or 20% off for purchasing 3 or more pair, your discount may no longer be valid and the amount of credit refunded or exchanged may vary as a result.

Canadian and Overseas customers:
All international shipments will include an additional freight charge to your order. Depending on the preferred method that you wish to choose. In North America , that charge is usually $5 US more than the flat rate our website shows. Additional shoes after the first pair will also incur a $6 US charge per pair. All other foreign destinations will be quoted at the time of ordering and will be sent international priority mail for the weight of the shipment plus $5 US handling & packaging fee. All payments are to be made in USD. Shipments to the Caribbean are best sent via Fedex.

Domestic and International Fedex Shipping
Customers wishing to have their orders shipped via Fedex may do so. Just indicate in the notes  window of your expedited  need,  and date of preferred delivery.  Cost of  air freight  orders will be quoted on a per order basis.

Non-Returnable Items
No used, worn, soiled, or intentionally damaged merchandise may be returned. This includes already dyed shoes, white satin shoes with toe marks or shoes with any sign of wear on the soles or heels, or any scuffs. This also includes any insoles already lealed off their backing, or any other shoe care product already used or tested.

Manufacturer Warranty
Glamorous Heights is proud to stand by our manufacturer's warranty of their product. All merchandise sold on this website is guaranteed to meet or exceed the general use expected in the wearing of our products. This does not mean to say that abuse or intentional misuse of our products are guaranteed. Additionally, heel tips (plastic), eyelets, grommets, zippers, and shoe laces cannot be guaranteed. If any general wear occurs that requires minor repair, please see your shoe repair specialist. At most places, brand new rubber/Teflon 2 to 3 year heel tips can be purchased for under $5.

Ballroom Dance Soles
Ballroom dance shoes are not meant to be worn outdoors. Doing so may damage the suede surface used for dancing on the shoe. Please take care to only wear them on smooth indoor surfaces like wood flooring. Concrete flooring with sand top coating can tear or snag the soles of your dance shoes. The better care you take of your dance shoes the longer they will last- in most cases 4 to 10 years!
